'HolmsteadPark started with a vision: to offer true Neapolitan pizza in London. The Bianchi family established our pizza place in 1985 as a quaint, family-owned business, preserving recipes passed through generations.

Marco Bianchi, our originator, mastered the pizza craft on her travels across Italy, learning from expert pizzaiolos in Naples—the pizza's homeland. Back in the UK, her ambition was to replicate the enchantment of genuine Italian pizza, staying true to time-honored techniques and selecting only the best ingredients.

Our once humble 12-seat pizza shop is now a cherished local fixture, although our dedication to excellence and genuineness has remained unchanged. We continue practicing classic wood-fired oven baking, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and obtain the most superior ingredients available.

To this day, 'HolmsteadPark' is still family-led, with the Bianchis' second generation at the helm of our dedicated crew. We've welcomed some contemporary advancements, yet the essence of our business stays the same: crafting delectable, authentic pizza to unite folks.
